Highland View B&B has three individually and beautifully furnished en-suite rooms.  Free Wifi and Sky television facilities are available in each en-suite room.

 

Loch Leven En-suite:  Loch and mountain views to the front of the house (south facing), kingsize bed, luxury en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and baton shower, Sky television, iron, ironing board, fan, hospitality tray.

 

Loch Linnhe En-suite: Loch and mountain views to the front of the house (south facing), superkingsize bed (room for possible two extra single beds), luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities, dressing room, Sky television, iron, ironing board, fan, hospitality tray.

 

Highland Fling En-suite:  Patio door leading to a small private patio area equipped with table and chairs, superkingsize bed, large walk-in shower, Sky television, iron, ironing board, fan, hospitality tray.

Our basic tariff  is from £32.50 - £45.00 per person per night and is fully inclusive of breakfast ....subject to season, availability and special offers. When booking, a deposit is required (please kindly note that all deposits are non-refundable).

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your stay, for whatever reason, then we would be grateful for as much notice as possible in order to try to re-let the room.
For cancellations with less than seven days notice, the whole amount of the booking will be due if we are unable to re-let the room. In the event of a “no show” without notification, then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.
We politely advise taking out travel insurance as soon as you start to book your holiday, so that you are covered for all deposits and bookings you have made.
